Mr. R. Janardhanan (RJ Master) – Dean
Sri R. Janardhanan (RJ Master) son of Smt. Kaligi Ammal and Shri A.R.Ranganathan Chettiar has been forced to start a first ever school by the neighbouring parents who believes in his disciplined quality teaching. He is a renowned and dedicated teacher of Mathematics for over 55 years. The name Montford was christened in memory of two great Yeomen statesmen- Simon de Montford, an English soldier known for his strict discipline and good conduct in the English Army and also Saint Louis Marie De Montford, a world renowned educationist who was the first in the world to render an all-round education for the total development of the young.

Mrs. J. Jayalakshmi, Chief Patron is the steering force behind all ventures of our schools. She is the mother of our CEO. She is managing the entire logistics and inventory comfort of our school children. The motherly approach of Mrs. J. Jayalakshmi provides the best comfort to all the members of staff and students.

In Educational leadership (CEMD – New Delhi), Cert. in TQM (CII), Certificate in PZC (University of Harvard, USA) is administering as the Chief Executive Officer of Kaligi Ranganathan Montford (KRM) Group of institutions successfully with updation and necessary innovation. Member of popular Educational forums like CII, WISE (QATAR), always in the process of redesigning the Institutional policies with more competency and challenges which helps in creating a benchmark in the field of Education. He has also completed a program in Project-Zero class room in HARVARD UNIVERSITY, USA under the guidance of Stalwarts in Education Prof. Howard Gardner (Father of Multiple Intelligences) and Prof. David Perkins. Also, recognized as DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI of Coimbatore Institute Of Technology (CIT). Being nominated as the CHAIRPERSON of the Governing Body of Lady Willingdon Institute of Advanced Study in Education, I’m also the Ambassador for HUNDRed.org community, Finland. Also, acting as the Academic Advisor for EDUZO, State Advisor – Tamilnadu for Youth United Council of India (YUCI) and Advisor for American International Accreditation Association of Schools and Colleges (AIAASC).

Dr. Vasantha Gowri, M.B.B.S; M.S; D.O. (Opthal), FICO (UK), FRCS (Glasgow), Head quarters Commissioner of Tamil Nadu Bharat Scouts and Guides and also Director of Adithya Multi Specialty Clinic, is our Patron and renders her valuable services to our school. Her advices in health care to our children is noteworthy to mention. Her father, Late. Dr.P.S.Srinivasan, Ph.D, was the DEAN at SASTRA UNIVERSITY, Vallam, Tanjore was also an Advisor for our group of schools.
Mr. D.P. Sivasakti Balan – Head of the Institution
Head of the Institution Mr. D.P. Sivasakti Balan M.A., M.Ed., M.Phil., PGDCP., CIDTT., Intermediate ELT (British Council) has more than 30 years of experience in teaching and learning process in various reputed institutes in Chennai. He is an examiner for Tenth Standard CBSE Board examinations for more than seven years. He attended various national and international conferences on education. He has undergone training by the CBSE empanel agencies such as EzVidhya and CII leadership programmes. He has completed leadership programme with CEMD and SOL of New Delhi, He has graduated Cambridge International Diploma in teacher training with University of Cambridge. He is also an Advanced Trained Scouter, Commissioner trained, NCC B-cert holder, Martial artist, Leader for International Award programme for young people (duke of Edinburg) and so on. He has completed NABET assessor course too.
Mrs. S. Shanthalakshmi – Principal
Principal Mrs. S. Shanthalakshmi, a Post Graduate in Life Sciences, Philosophy and Graduated in Education. She has a wide experience of handling children of all Grades for the past 15 years. She has worked in International Baccalaureate Schools in Mumbai. She has visited top schools in India to study the various pedagogical process & strategies.
